Unregistered	Dear All, I would like to add comment to the unprofessional behaviour at Go Debt. I am an ex-employee of GoDebt and agree that many underhand tactics have-done, do and I imagine always will continue to happen whilst the hierachy remains as it is. My most unfortunate experience was actually regarding personal information still stored within their computer system after my departure from the company. Due to whatever reason the information was not correctly deleted and remained available to all employees within the firm. Please find enclosed an email that I sent to the firm after the incident had occurred: "Dear XXXXX, I am writing to you as a matter of grave concern. On Sunday 28th January 2007 members of my friends and family received calls from an unknown person. The calls although I was not actually present have been relayed to me as detailed; Elaine Todd nee Lewis (Close Family Friend) - “Is Ryan there, Its “””””””””””, I’m after some steroids, I haven’t seen him in ages and I want Steroids, if you dont tell me where he is I'm coming to your house ” that person then continued to leave a non-existent number telephone number. Miss Lewis, who is , was actually so scared after her phone call that she cried and would not leave the house that day unless accompanied. Malcolm Waters (My Father) - “Is the parent of Ryan Waters there please. This is his work calling, he is 30 minutes late starting again. Please tell him to cancel all his meetings on Monday, we do not wish for him to return to work.” Barbara & Royston Davies (My Aunt & Uncle on my Fathers side)- “Is Ryan there, I want Steroids. I haven’t seen him in ages and I want steroids. I know where you live!” Myra Price (My 88 year old grandmother) “Nan, it’s Ryan, I’m Gone! You won't see me!Goodbye!” Brian & Margaret Waters (My Aunt & Uncle on my Fathers side) "Is Ryan Waters there. I want steriods!! (at this point the person in question relayed to my uncle the address to where they lived!!!). The person then continued to threaten to visit the property if they didnt get me to call him" (This are just a brief description of the calls that took place. I personally imagine the content of the calls may have been slightly more graphic but as a reasonable person I feel what I have described here would cause enough concern to many people) These calls were made on Sunday and caused immense distress to all who were concerned. I am actually expecting this to be dealt with as a matter of urgency, and all my relative Folders, Documents and User Directory be deleted off the IT System within Geldards. I believe that allowing Geldards to complete this exercise before 5:00pm on Monday 5th February 2007 is a sufficient time period, in the meantime I will take this matter up with the local Police Constabulary. I expect confirmation of the deletion of all my documents, folders etc. to either be sent to me via e-mail by your, or you can write to me at XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (This address is to be disclosed to NO OTHER PERSONS). I understand that you are likely, to be completely unaware that these actions have taken place, but I hope you can understand the stress and worry that this has actually created. I look forward to your speedy response. Regards Ryan Waters" WARNING!! THIS IS THE TYPE OF PEOPLE YOU MAY HAVE TO ENCOUNTER WHEN DEALING WITH THIS FIRM SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!! Still to date this matter has not been resolved and I have been informed as at 10:35am on 03/04/2007 the document with all my personal information still exists. Although I have been informed on numerous occassions by seniors at the company all records regarding myself are untraceable!! I am glad to say that my source is slightly more reliable than the Seniors at the Firm.

The OFT and DTI are being asked to proceed to investigate this company and its staff. A rescind of CCA licence is about to be requested,they will no longer be able to trade. Go DEBT are currently breaching the Companies House ACT and commiting a criminal offence as well. Contact ther OFT in Lndon and make your complaint under ther Data protection ACT and ask should they still hold DPA registration. Ask the police to intervene and seize the relevant files. You cannot be harrassed like this. As an ex employee you can asist the police with inside knowledge.
