Subject a car that i can't drive Message I bought my lemon from yes car credit a few months b4 it closed and it has been sat on drive the for the best part of it. I have had no joy from them or the finance company in, the warranty was not worth the paper it was printed on and I have spent so much money on it as well as public transport fares I want to cry. What are we supposed to do?? |

Subject yes car credit Message i have, again, recived a failure to pay notice, the acc has been paid up in full 4 months ago and car retuned. I now have asverse credit rating, have contacted customer services, have not recieved any communcation and credit rating still not cleared. |

Subject yes petition Message I am a serving soldier and whilst I was away in Iraq my wife was hounded by these cretins (sometimes 4 phone calls a day) asking to speak to me she explained where I was but it carried on she tried to sort out the account for me but was told she wasnt authorised to speak to them so why the phone calls. |

Subject yes car should have been overlooked. Message this company should have been watched by an official body, with particular interest paid to the high payments. i myself have just paid my final payment of £200- after 4 years of that every month i,m glad its over. if i had known, i could have purchased a brand new vehicle if i had got a bank loan instead of those rip off merchants, with what i,ve paid for a car thats now 6 years old. best thing that ever happened was when it closed down and from that date, all customers payments should have been null and void. Where was all the financial help then when we needed it. |

Subject Warranty Scam - Is there a way out?? Message I like many others was sold GAP and warranty. I fully understand that the GAP is pretty good - I feel like trashing my car and writing it off to get out of the finance. The warranty was false though! 6 months into my agreement the gearbox went and shortly after the driveshaft on my citroen saxo. I called the insurance and they said the policy doesn't cover wear and tear! I didn't have a leg to satnd on, I paid up and still have the vehicle now. Unlike many others my payments are up to date but am trying to find out if there is a way to get out of the remaining 2 years left? |

Subject yes car credit/ go debt Message Go debt are trying to enforce bankruptcy proceedings against me for a car i purchased from yes car credit. The car was returned to them because it was faulty. However, they are still trying to get money for the insurance i took out and whatever debt there was on the car when they sold it. |

Subject approved car finance Message i have had the same problem offered £1000 + part ex and £350 cash back,over £1000 has gone missing i never got the £350 and only got £300 part ex for a car worth £1800 my local trading standards have take on the case,i singed forms for them to approach approved car finance after 3 months of getting no were.approved car finance said they want to deal with there local trading standards office over my complaint do you have at information any think on approved car finance that may help kind regards mr l prescot |

Subject Saynotoyes petition Message Dear Sir, I have been heavily invovled in this campaign against YCC. If I was to sum it all up I would have to say that I have found it very frightening how such companies can get away with it. The general public need protesting against these organisation and I'm afriad the authorities set up to do this such as the OFT have failed. I honestly hope that something can be doen to bring justice back to the people. |

Subject ycc direct auto finance Message i purchased a car from ycc two year ago i have had nothing but trouble with the car eg locks on car not working wiring in the dash board where the horn just keeps going off ingnistion problems i have tried everything with the company to sort these problems out and all they said is that i bought the car so it is my problem i still have another two years to pay on a car that is worth nothing the price i bought the car was for £3000 i still have another £4418.40 left to pay on a car i do not know what to do next please advise me please. sandra |

Subject Y.C.C- Bought my car almost 3 years ago Message I bought a 2000 KIA SHUMA that was littleraly forced down my throat.My wife had an accident at work and I missed some service call and Y.C.C gave me one hell of a bad time.I talked to some guy who owned Direct Auto Finance about the my heater not working.They sent me to some Kwik Auto Garage in Ware and they said they the heater was fozen and had been that way for some time.I tried to get Y.C.C to HONOUR thier WARRENTEE and they after many calls told me to fix it myself and they would pay me back and then they would concider placeing my warrentee back on....So I told them that was the BIGGEST KISS MY ASS I have ever heard and that I was not pleased with Y.C.Cand that I would tell anyone to SAY NO to YES CAR and that is exactly what I have done for the last 2 years. I was debating of replacing the car with a Newer one and yes i was contemptating going thru Welcome Car Credit to whom I was just talking to and had to contact Direct Auto Finance for release...WHEN your website POPPED up in my face. That put the brakes on immediatley. Thanks for that.I know that I was going to be biten twice shy, but, I really feal bad about paying £10,000.00 when this is all done for a car that was recently appraised at £500.00. This car brand new was only worth £4,000.00 back in 2000 and it does my head in thinking that these B****T***Ds are getting just SO much from me. Oddly enough the car is my first that I have left to rot and it has never let me down mechanically. I can tell you that a lot of my problems ar cosmetic but other than that...it has been a pretty good car. Made me think about dealing with KIA asthier cars do seem alright. But, Since Icame across your Website,I amd going to read on about the Complaints and the reasons I Hated Yes Car from day one. Because I was new in the country, I could not be financed by anyone...Yes Car said Yes and I took the bate...now I have been here 4 years...3 with Yes car, I am looking again before this clunker starts to cost me.
