www.saynotoyes.co.uk Posts: 2,649 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: May 13, 2005	Subject insurances Message have just been to court to fight them over insurance payments after giving the car back. they had put a ccj on me. judge agreed with me that the terms of the contract were unfair and set the judgement aside, saying that i have a very good chance of winning when we go to court. check out the unfair contract terms act or see a solicitor. he also commented on the fact the policy cannot be claimed on and that it was non cancelable ! which he again considers unfair/illegal. looking forward now to going back to court soon

I have all relevant paperwork which shows that they have mis-sold it but they are insistent I take litigation action.
