	Yes Car Credit is closed, But they are still causing misery. I long for peace, but just now all i get is worry..

We have now taken full legal advice on this matter and can confirm that matters are in hand as stated last week. We are proceeding against GO DEBT and YCC/DAF as indicated. We have been advised to say nothing further at this stage. We have now put this matter in the hands of the authoriities who will deal accordingly with our request for " A minded to revoke notice" and GO DEBT and YCC will be contacted accordingly. Last week we indicated on numerous occasions what section of the OFT you need to contact with your own complaints. As stated our operation is covert and has involved insiders in both GO DEBT and YCC some who are still working there who are whistleblowing for us plus evidence of major breaches of regulations and laws. Some stray into areas of fraud hence the police involvement. We do not need as we have said many times for you take us seriously or frankly care if you do or don't. It is up to you take the info we have provided as you wish and any advice or help we have given. Matters will now proceed. There will be no postings from us until the matter is now concluded satisfactorily. Just watch the press and news for events as they unfold.

If you have issues with Godebt or YCC/DAF this site recommends a number of actions: - 1. Seek legal advice from the CAB. 2. Seek legal advice from Stephensons solicitors. 3. For unruly behaviour from Godebt report them to the OFT. 4. DO NOT STOP PAYING YOUR AGREEMENTS TO GODEBT/YCC UNLESS YOU HAVE SEEKED LEGAL REPRESENTATION. I will leave this thread open to the MD of Godebt as I think it is only fair to let him respond. Thank you.
