HI

Can anyone tell me who underwrote the ridiculous PPI that YCC forced on me. It was in April 2003. I am in process of issuing litigation and have requested the information from a rather rude man called Steve Plowman along with confirmation of how exactly completed the Credit Agreement before passing it to me to be signed. I think I have them over a barrell now as their main defence was that you filled the form in blah blah, but it has been ticked that the form was already completed BEFORE i signed it. Any help would be appreciated as I was 7 and half months pregnant at the time and think that I would not have been covered. If I remember correctly I looked into the PPI on my credit card and couldnt claim.
