I wrote to this forum in March of this year asking for help as DAF had applied for a charging order on my property and that we didnt even know we had a CCJ from them. Briefly we gave our car back after 2 yrs in Nov 05, contacted YES who said they will be in touch with final figures, after several calls to them gave up. Heard nothing since until March when we heard of the order. I attented court for the hearing to finalise the charging order, advised the judge i had Stephensons looking into the case for me, among others and presented a letter they sent. This was briefly re mis-sold PPI etc. There was also another letter which i cant go into as it had privilidged info and you never know whos reading !!! . golds send in an agency guy who had no info apart from the amount and date of the orders etc. After the hearing the judge decided to adjourn for 42 days to give me chance to get info together etc and to also apply for the original ccj set aside. I would recommend Stephensons to anyone, they know what they are doing with this one!! Fingers crossed we win overall  |
