ok here i go on a rant. We went to carcraft on the 5/5/07. saw a zafira priced at 6655. After hours of waiting around and a cradit searcg for finance we finally got somewhere. We were offered a loan from cration finance with an interest rate of 14.25%. We were told this was the only company who accepted us, and needing a new car we agreed. signed the paperwork and left with our car. yesterday i was sorting all the bills and making sure the correct money was in the bank when i realised that our payments were £275 per month over 60 months. a couple of quick sums later i figured the car had cost us around £16000 at a rate of 26.92% apr. i am furious. any ideas on what what we should do  |

Hi Clairelouise, welcome to our forum. What we can do for you is have the contract check out ourselves and see if it has been improperly executed. I think that is the best thing to do. Could you possible send it to me at Bakedalasker@saynotoyes.co.uk |

I believe i have been ripped off too ! Not only on the APR but also by being backed into a corner and needing to accept the Insurance Warranty, not realising until the paperwork was sent to me that it wasnt an insurance premium but an insurance loan. |
