hello all.just to add my voice.i am taking the dogs to court on the angle that my deposit was paid against the insurances and not the car.we think we have a good case against them.its risky but sometimes you have to stand up for what you think is right.

Hi Bazz07

Can you let us know how you are getting on as my deposit was taken from the insurances too. I would be very interested to know what angle you are using

I would also use the info others have stated that no actual policy document was provided either for the insurances, read some other posts and arm myourself with as much relevant info as possible

good luck

Guys,

As you all know this is one of the legal arguments we have been all going on about.

May I recommend that you do a SARN request to DAF and specifically ask for the vehicle order form.

hi all.sorry for the delay. My solicitor is handling my case and things are moving on.so much so that daf have made an offer for me to settle out of court.
we are going on the misplaced deposit angle(paid against insurance not car)that is all i can say right now but anyone considering the taking there case through the courts should know we are doing very well... perhaps stephensons could be your first call?
