Posts: 9 Group: Members Member #1,138 Joined: March 15, 2007	I AM TAKING DAF TO COURT FOR BREACH OF THE DATA PROTECTION ACT BUT NEED HELP FILLING IN FORMS AS I DONT KNOW HOW MUCH TO CLAIM IN DAMAGES ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREAT. FOR THOSE WHO HAVENT READ MY LAST POST THEY CONTACTED MY EMPLOYER AND AFTER THEIR COURT CASE AGAINST ME WAS THROWN OUT THE JUDGE SUGGESTED THAT I SUE THEM.

www.saynotoyes.co.uk Posts: 1,476 Group: Saynotoyes moderating team Member #333 Joined: March 6, 2006	i feel this is something you will need proper legal advice on yelp. this is not something we as mods are up on as this is the first proper case we have had like this. i think you should contact your local CAB and ask their advice or maybe even try speaking to stephensons about it please let us know what is said though if you can cos it is something that may be useful for the future
