Hi all, This is my first post here... I'm not used to this type of thing but here goes. A quick question before i go on a tangent about welcome finance. My original HP agreement with ACF/WCF I was told it was compulsery to take out all the different types of insurances to drive of the forecourt with my new car. Not happy about this i reluctantly signes the agreement. 10 months later i spoke to welcome finance to ask if their was any way i could reduce my monthly payment. I was told to come into the local office and sign to say they would remove the different insurances from my agreement. Which i did! As it stands now it has come to my attention that they actually re-financed my finance! (if that makes sense) They lent me more money to pay off the original agreement. (This agreement says it is a modified agreement, and does not mention a car on it) The original agreement was signed by both myself and my partner. The second was just signed by myself. Heres the question... Are welcome allowed to re-finance my finance when they told me they were just going to reduce my payments. Also can this be done without my partners signature as she has not agreed to this? Thanks in advance Please help! |

hello, No none of our names are on the agreement only my signature... Apparently the agreement number on the second is attached to the first agreement. So does this mean that the first agreement still stands in the way that it is both of our agreement? |
