Go Debt To Pay £7,000

I am being hounded by GO DEBT to pay £7,000 for a car I handed back over 2 years ago. I have categorically stated that I can't afford any amount to pay them back and that I'd go to court if I had to to prove it. They are now setting their solicitors on me. Surely they can't take what I haven't got? What do I do? they're talking about Bankruptcy.

in theory no they cant take what you haven't got. however if you have your own property being made bankrupt will be very bad news for you.

so can I ask about your agreement with YCC. How long did you actually have the car for?

what are GoDebt claiming the £7000 is for?

Why did you hand the car back and had you reached the 2 year mark when you did?

If you can give us some more details on your agreement etc we can advise you the best course of action to take.
