If you want to find out any details regarding your car finance agreement, how repayments work or if your circumstances change - your Customer Account Manager at your local Welcome Financial Services branch is only a phone call away. Just give us a call on 0800 328 7068 and we'll be happy to help.

Welcome

Hi there and welcome to our forum, If you read the above from the wcf site, it would suggest that they are 'happy to help' if a customer circumstances change.

Have you made contact with the account manager and quoted there website to him?
