hi there.

if you look at this post

http://z11.invisionfree.com/saynotoyes/ind...?showtopic=2844

you will see this member has also just been contacted by experto credite.

so you say you have a solicitor? was he/she dealing with redcastle for you? if you are still using this solicitor I would tell them about this letter and get them to deal with it because all contact should be going through them in your case

Thanks Jenni,
Not happy that everything went quite for 5 months thought this was the end of it.Yesterday women called and spoke to my daughter who had taken the call and she was so rude to her and slammed down the phone on her , and the next day I received the letter. This has been going on just over a year and all we have been asking for is proof of DAF insurance so looks like its going to court.

one of our other users mr mole is going to court in august where the judge has ordered that DAF must produce evidence of insurance certificates.

please read through this link as it has some helpful suggestions of things your solicitor should be asking DAF to provide ...

what i can't understand is if you have instructed a solicitor who has been dealing with red castle, how have they been able to pass the debt onto experto credite? I wuld speak to your solicitor first thing monday morning and get him/her to contact experto credite on your behalf and instruct them to only contact them.

if they keep contacting you especially in the manner you have highlighted then it could be construde as harrassment
