Bought car from Welcome not satisfied with vehicle as it does not meet my needs.
They are not letting me return vehicle to exchange they told my there is a law
against this!

Have tried different avenues to get the vehicle that i want but everthing i do falls
back to Welcome.

can I ask what is wrong with the car that means it does not meet your needs.

if it was mechanical problems then you could get Trading Standards involved under the Supply and Sales of Goods Acts.

however if it is just that you don't like it I would assume you maybe only have 14 days at the most to give it back
