What's the outcome? Mer and Der having fun starting again and taking it slow. Love it! Tremorgate - Burke and Christina have it out, but does it really come out this epi? If so, when? Beginning, middle or end? Was George the one to call Hahn? I assume so, but did they show George calling her? Hahn talked about karma. What price will Burke pay for stealing her heart, and for tremorgate? Is the bloody surgery from the promo just a dream, or is it real? McSteamy - Addison tells the chief on him for using the interns to run personal errands. Is this going to make him more of an a**, or will he become a better person? Who is he going to hook up with next? Will he and Derek ever become friends again? How long will helast on the show? Addison - What's going to happen with the pregnant patient? Why are she and Mark on this case together? (They are together on this one right? I thought that's what I read.) George's Dad - We think that Hahn is the one to operate on him, so that's not his blood all over Christina. What will happen? Is this the catalyst for Burke to come out to the chief because hahn is there, or will it be the bloody surgery, if it's real? Alex, Izzie - They haven't been in the promos so far, but we know Izzie comes to Mer's aid in the girlfight. Anything else?
