 [size=1]Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies

2 cups butter or margarine
4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
1 cup sugar
6 squares white chocolate chopped

Preheat oven to 350. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add flour. Mix well. Stir in chopped chocolate and cranberries. Drop rounded tbsp of dough 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake 10-14 min. Makes 48 cookies.
