Off topic discussions are frequent as well. The following letter to Shonda will tell you what you need to know about this thread. Dear Shonda, We're dedicated, obsessive fans. We drink our coffee out of McDreamy mugs, we watch promos frame by frame over & over again until our vision is blurry, we examine every photo, dig for every spoiler we can find and watch shows we don't like just so we won't miss a promo. One of us was Meredith for Halloween, one is named McPromo, another sustained injuries while watching the Mer/Der love scene, some drool over McDreamy, some over McSteamy and we all talked about Meredith's panties for 6 weeks. Don't even ask about The Fray video. We even dismiss the timeline and just roll with it, we're flexible. On Greys Day we ignore family and friends - if you're not dying, don't bother us when Greys is on. Children are bribed into bed before the show starts. Duct tape is handy in case any husband, family member or friend decides to attempt to speak. Friends who call during the show? Who needs friends like that? When the show ends, we all jump to our computers to begin obsessing all over again. We then rewatch the episode. Again and again. Its an endless cycle. Now that you know something about us, here's a few questions we have: 1. We love Mer/Der - How about something a little more than a snore? (hint: the hairy leg, the exam room, elevator makeouts, George/Izzie being kept up all night. Even a hair sniff would help. See season 1. How about a conversation? See season 2.). 2. Can Meredith be a kick-as$ doctor again? Afterall, she's the "one to beat". Mer needs her mojo back. 3. Can IW just leave already? We love Cristina - Burke not so much. We're sick & tired of IW overtaking our show even if he is Preston Burke. 4. Where does Alex live? Since we're on Alex, can he be part of the intern group again instead of just part of Addison's story? 5. Why is Mark here? Help us girls out with a few details about him. 6. You'd never really hurt Derek, right? 7. When you say fans are going to be challenged are you referring to our sanity? We have to be honest, we're already teetering on the edge of sanity (see description of us above). 8. Can Izzie stop mourning and be Izzie again? 9. Can we have a laugh thrown in every now and then amongst the drama? (again, see season 1) 10. Do the tunnels where the interns hung out still exist? Can we see them there again, together, talking and trying to make it as doctors?
