Totally see Cris scrubbing in after being left.. She is a surgeon not a wife. She made that clear to Burke's Mom earlier this season. Izzie and Mark can see that happening as the new love couple... Addison leaving, Mark growing after this, mendinghis friendship with Derek... He is in for the next phase of his life.. and there's chemistry between Izzie and Mark.. She doesn't take his crap and stands up to him.. Means there is a chance for Callie/George... Izzie, brown topless dress. So to speak. Leaves her heart unprotected. Out in the open. Callie, brown in between covered dress, leaves her heart partly unprotected. Partly out in the open. Mer, brown totally closed on top, leaves her heart totally protected. Not out in the open. IMO this could stand for the fact that George will break things up with Izzie. Which will leave her heart out in the open, not protected, broken. George will give it a fair try with Callie, but since it's a try and not a completely commitment. It will leave her heart partly in the open. A little broken. (Gizzie is out) Mer her heart is completely protected, meaning it's not out in the open. It's already given away. So Mer/Der will be fine. I've been having a feeling of late the Der is going to be hurt only to put him back in his place and to jar Meredith so that she can see that she doesn't have to lose everybody. Crappy way of showing it but I do think it will be the only way. Wow.. If they are gonna give us another Mer/Der cliff.. It has to be a proposal.. But I am still thinking that Mer will be the one to propose... Unlike the relationship between Burktina, where Burke is the tradiotonal guy and feels he needs to lead every step and therefore have been the one to propose. I think Mer/Der relationship is more about the love, the feeling, the spur of the moment etc... If they let Mer do the chasing and the speech this time... It might go like this; I know I have intimacy issues but when I died I came back for you, because I know a whiff of you isn't enough for me. I want you, I need you, I love you and I want to spent the rest of my life with you.. Derek will you marry me ? Feel better now, daydreaming helps :) I can also totally see that they let Derek say something along these lines;have you any idea how I felt pulling you out of the water. Actually losing you and not been able to do anything about. And you shutting me out afterwards. Have you? All I ever wanted is you and be happy with you..........and that she grabs him after this and kisses him and instead of what does this mean... Will you marry me The only thing I didnt touch on is who will fail the test...because I can't figure it out...it would make sense if it were George, Izzie, or Chris. All of them are preoccupied... It might be Alex. I know they let him fail earlier for an exam and that's why we think she wouldn't go there again.. But I think she might. And letting Alex fail and not let him repeat his internship they can switch him to a "lighter" rotation. He can switch to OB/GYN... because I assume this test is for the surgical internship..... If any of the other fails. They need to leave the programm and I don't see any of them switching to another rotation. So they have to leave SGH.....George failing and leaving for Mercy West doesn't seem an option to me. I don't know how they want to let this work scriptwise. They have to switch between hospitals and I don't see that happening for practical reasons.. So my choice Alex Predictions on GA last two epi’s: I am still not sure Derek really left. I know they want us to believe he left. We see him walking towards the window, but at that point he already walked by the front door. So when we see him walking away he has to walk by the front door. We don’t actually see that happen, just him walking away from the window. So call me ignorant, but I still think he enters the house. But he doesn’t go into the living room. He heads straight up. After Mer , Izzie and Alex are done drinking she will go upstairs and find Derek sleeping in her bed. The next morning there will be no time for talking, but Mer thinks everything is alright because Derek was sleeping in her bed. She yelled, he showed. Derek on the other hand is frustrated. The next day will also be the day of the bridal shower and bachelor party so there won’t be much time for them to talk. While the girls are having fun at Mer’s house, the boys go to Joe’s. There will be some alcohol involved and when this girl is so obviously interested in him, he will accept her drink (don’t throw anything at me), but he won’t be flirtatious. He just enjoys the company. Then Mer and the girls enter Joe. She sees Derek at the bar with this woman, enjoying himself and gets jealous. She will go over to him, pick a fight. Something to do with him not giving up on her and yet here he is drinking and enjoying himself with another woman. Mer runs off again, leaving Derek . Derek explains the bargirl that Mer is his girlfriend and leaves. Mer is already gone. So Derek goes to Mer’s place. There they will have a huge argument. And all the things build up inside will come out. Ok now I have to think about how to go on from there.. So there will be no make up s ex. Derek will leave to the trailer for the night so they both can cool off and gives her time to think about it. At the day off the wedding they will spent some time together, laughing etc, but still no time to talk about it further. Then as a shock to all Burke will leave Cristina at the altar. Cristina will break down. She will go to Cristina to comfort her, but also realizing that she loves Derek so much she doesn’t want him to walk away. So she hands over the care of Cristina to Callie/her mom whom ever and go see Derek to talk. Derek has at this point left the church to check on Burke, being his best man. Outside the church she finds Derek alone and then she gives this heartfelt speech everbody is talking about. She tells him that she came back for him and that a whiff of him ain’t enough for her. And than she asks him to marry her… The End It will makes full circle for this season. What if they had the talk and she needs to show him she will let him in and they agreed she will meet him at Joe's. So while he waits he talks to the bargirl. Mer comes in and she just walks up to him and he says Finally here you are and they leave together. Then you have two things coming to an end.
