It's not a tumor at all-he has parasites on the brain. Archer refuses treatment until he cannot make the decision for himself, which is when Addison, Archer and Naomi fly off to Seattle. Special guest stars are Kate Walsh as Addison, Audra McDonald as Naomi and Taye Diggs as Sam.
