A. Rose stabs Derek. B. Derek suffers a heart attack and is visited by the ghost of Denny. C. Dr. Burke returns to Seattle Grace and shoots Derek in the face before turning the gun on himself. D. In a flashback, we learn that Derek got into a car accident shortly after leaving Meredith in the candle field. [...] Don't be surprised if the season premiere leaves you a little, um, Lost. A woman argues with another woman who has to pee. A 50-year-old man can't move his legs after he got into a car accident. The doctor treating him isn't sure he'll be able to walk again. The doctor will put the male patient under cooling blankets to almost freeze his body. His wife discovers that he lost his job and that they are in financial trouble. A passenger was thrown out of the car and has yet to be brought to the ER. Given the cozy, candle-burning climax of Grey's Anatomy's season finale, it's no big surprise that Lauren Stamile's run as Derek's squeeze may be nearing its end. But the typically oh-so-nice nurse won't be scrubbed out quietly. Sources tell that when Rose is excised from the superstar surgeon's love life, though she plays it cool with Mer, she is far from Zen about the whole thing with the boyfriend. "I'd count on at least one emotional outburst," previews a setsider. "Rose is not her usual composed self with Derek." What's more, although as recently as this afternoon the talk was that Stamile would only appear in the two-hour season opener, there are now rumblings that Rose may remain a thorn in the supercouple's side just a tiny bit longer.
