((And Derek Shreiks)) Meredith goes to Derek's trailor (the night of the elevator scene) to discuss what happened. When she gets there She sees McHottie not knowing that shes McSister. McHottie reconnects with Mark and Addison. Derek/Meredith try and over come their lack of trust. Christina scrubs in on a humpty dumpty surgery (likely to save Burke's arse) Alec considers going back into OB. George and Addison work with a mother who has babies with two different due dates, and hints that they are different fathers. Am I missing anything?
