Without the Chief acting as the hub of the hospital, Seattle Grace would not run as smoothly as it does. Pickens brings over two decades of experience in acting—on stage, in film and on television—to his multi-layered performances on Grey's Anatomy, and BuddyTV was lucky enough to have him on the phone today.
