If I knew I was going to be there this year... I would definitely plan on having some type of Vs event like I did last year. But at this time, I'm not sure if I'm going to GC. So... my question is, is there someone who is going to GenCon for sure and would like to take point and look into what it would take to hold a Vs. tournament there?

The deadline for event registration is like March 22nd, so it would have to be officially separate from Gen Con. I go to Gen Con every year since I live in Indianapolis.

It will have to be after hours since the guy who will be holding it has to work events during the day, so I have 2 questions: 1. What is the best time and day? (I was thinking Friday at 8pm) 2. What format? There is about a month+1/2 lead time and if you're already going... this is your notice. Let's do this!

It is far enough east to be cosidered east coast but just central enough to be drivable from some western states. Plus it has an airport that can be easily driven to and from. DC's airport is not even close enough to be counted as DC's airport.
