Sensible and not overkill but can still be slightly abused if used properly. But I still think a ban all together is definitely the best course of action. later, Kj

WOW If you wanted to do that you could of just given an erratum to Blink's text and be over with it. I disagree with the councils decision 100%. Not because I am against banning Blink but because that doesn't solve the problem of Exiles. Also in order for the community to accept a "fan based" Blink, the community must first accept a fan based set. I have dedicated a lot of time this past month into fantasy sets, and I know about DFC coming out very soon, but I still don't think the community as a whole will embrace fan based sets. No, you can't. It sounds like it would save time, sure, but by doing it this way we're not messing with the issue of card intent. I actually don't think we need a system failure version of blink, either; we should leave the whole shifting thing and resource points alone until we get the whole making sets thing down. I trust gugs with the project he and the crew were working on, and I can't wait to see what comes out.

In the right deck the Blink 1-drop can pay for the RP you spend on her, and you gain an extra character to exhaust for reinforcement (if you're running Blink!)

But see - if you're looking to change Blink's text to Kj's theme, then banning Blink IS the way to go. Kj's theme fundamentally changes the way Blink's power works. Kj didn't errata Blink - he just made a totally new card. Errata, on the other hand, should adjust the wording to fit the card's intent.

I was just throwing out what I think she should have originally stated. Not that it was an appropriate errata for her because as Carlos pointed out.
